  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Free Standard Delivery: Orders over $20 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate for orders under $20 (3–7 business days).
  • Expedited Shipping: $9.99 flat rate (2–3 business days).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • We are working on expanding our delivery options in the future.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
  • If your address is ineligible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
